Allston Harris, LLC, was founded by Nadine A. Harris, CPA, whose professional career includes auditing, financial management, and consulting services. She has extensive knowledge in helping organizations “cleanup” their financials and/or improve their processes.

Target Market
We specialize in nonprofit accounting; however, our target market also consists of start ups, growing and/or mature organizations, small to mid-sized for profits and self-employed businesses. For onsite services, will service organizations in Maryland (including Baltimore), Northern Virginia (Crystal City, Roslyn, etc.) and the District of Columbia (DC). Also, remote services can be extended nationwide.

Pricing
- Fee for Services: A flat fee is charged for services based on annual revenue, number of transactions in the billing period and other factors to determine scope of services to be performed.
- Onboarding Fee: A one-time fee to transition assigned individual(s) to your account. Billed with the first invoice.
- Discovery Fee: In cases where the client is not sure of services to be performed, can be contracted to evaluate processes and/or staff to provide an assessment report with priorities and/or recommendations based on client objectives.
